This Privacy Policy describes how StormLeads ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use the StormLeads mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier from the provider. We use this information to create and manage your account.
If you choose Sign in with Apple and elect to hide your email, Apple provides us with a private relay address rather than your real email; we will only ever see and use that relay address.
The App stores data you create or interact with — including saved leads, search history, ZIP codes you enter, notification preferences, and other in-app activity — in our backend (Supabase and Google Firebase) so it is available across your sessions.
Subscription purchases and entitlements are managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status and an anonymous user identifier from RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card or Apple ID credentials.
If you enable notifications, we store an anonymous push token so we can send you storm alerts and updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings.
We collect basic usage analytics and crash diagnostics to improve the App's stability and features. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
The App retrieves weather and storm data from the U.S. National Weather Service (NWS), a public data source. NWS does not receive your personal information from us.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit via HTTPS, authenticated database access, secure credential storage) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
